The early part of the Bible from Adam through to Moses teaches us about God, who is always the same.

Whereas people often let God down, He never changes and certainly doesn't let us down. Christians trust in God and His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who died to save us. They are able to trust in God because He is trustworthy and has been proved to be so.

Adam was disobedient to God and chose to sin and Moses lost his temper. We all are sinners, but God still loves us. Noah faced a flood and needed God's help. God's plan saved him and saved his family too. God had a plan for us all; this plan was sending His Son, Jesus Christ, as a Saviour for us all.

The account of this period of Biblical history has been put into rhyme to help us enjoy the narrative. Reading it with your child is a wonderful thing to do and it will be a memory they will never forget. Reading it will teach your child to value God's Word, the Bible, and create a habit, so that they might read it for themselves as they grow older.

There is no greater book and no greater message from a great God.
