Is the Devil PERSONALLY able to operate in more than one place at a time?

Answer

Omnipresence is an attribute of deity (see Psalm 139); it is not an attribute of the creature. Satan being a creature is, therefore, not omnipresent. His agencies, however, are many and varied and, as the king of a country is said to do a thing which actually is performed by one of his subjects, so too in Scripture the devil is said to do things which are effected by one or more of his emissaries. The answer to this question, then, having regard to the word in capitals, is in the negative.
