New Hall for Lynmouth

Friends have been inquiring what progress has been made in replacing the hall which was completely washed away in the disastrous flood of August, 1952. Naturally the reconstruction of the devastated village had to have priority and this was a task of such magnitude that the definite allocation of a site for the new hall could not be settled until recently. Now the assembly has been granted a splendid site in full view of the village centre. Plans have been approved and estimates are being invited. It is hoped to commence building in the very near future. Our brethren count on fellowship in prayer for the Lord’s continued overruling.
