My Saviour’s Hand

Charles Jones, Cardiff

Category: Poetry

In the mighty grasp of my Saviour, Either at peace or tempest-tossed,

I know by His grace and His favour My soul can never be lost.

The hand that shall never know weakness

Is the hand that holds me secure;

It will lead in the light or thro' darkness. And ever will help me endure.

And so, as I travel life's pathway, I'll trust in the hand that holds fast,

Until in that glorious new day I shall see My Saviour at last.
